Veteran collision repair and consumer advocate E.L. Eversman, J.D. started the Automotive Education & Policy Institute – a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization – in 2008 after spending over eight years working for the collision repair industry in critical legal matters.

Since she launched the organization, the number of auto repair related case have experienced unprecedented attention.

Today, Erica and her experienced team of professionals give back to the industry through a wide range of philanthropic endeavors.

Ms. Eversman writes the influential blog Auto Muse® which has been cited to the U.S. Supreme Court as an authority on collision repair and consumer insurance issues.
